Day 1 - ARRIVE COCHIN / MUNNAR (135 KMS / 4 HRS)
On arrival into Cochin, now known as Kochi, you are met and transferred to Munnar, a drive of 127 kms/4 hours.
A picturesque hill station situated around 1,600 m above sea level in the Kannan Devan Hills of the Western Ghats, Munnar sits at the confluence of the Madhurapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundaly rivers.
On arrival, check in at your hotel. Rest a while. You could spend the evening visiting the local market and walking around a tea plantation.
Overnight stay at hotel.
