Hotels and rates are subject to availability and change at the time of booking.
You may need to pay a security deposit amount at the hotel at the time of check in. The hotel will refund the deposit amount back in your account, but it always takes the banks a few days, and sometimes as long as a week, to credit the money back to you.
Request for early hotel check in or late check out is at the discretion of the hotel unless pre-booked and pre-paid in advance.
All transfers and sightseeing with entrance fees, as specified in the itinerary.
No reduction in the price or refund will be provided for any missed services or missed breakfast included in the Package Inclusions.
If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then best efforts will be made for arranging alternate sightseeing.
The booking is deemed cancelled and payments made would be non-refundable, if full payment is not received within 35 days prior to departure.

Any disputes and claims are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts of Mumbai.
International tour cost is payable in USD / EURO / other Foreign Currency out of the foreign exchange entitlement of the travellers.
